Authorities say they have located a 14-year-old Tulsa boy who was considered endangered. Emmanuel Carney has a severe medical condition that can cause him to become incoherent or unconscious.
He was last seen at his home late yesterday afternoon near 31st and Memorial. But, he was located at a friend's home this morning. He is listed as in good condition, according to Tulsa Police.
