Governor Makes Appointment to Grand River Dam Authority

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Gov. Mary Fallin has named Allen Wright to the Grand River Dam Authority board of directors.

Wright is from Edmond and he replaces David Chernicky, who resigned.

Wright is vice president of public and government affairs for Devon Energy. Prior to working for Devon, he was the director, chief operating officer and vice president at Koch Industries.

Wright is also a member of the Choctaw Nation.
