The cement is flowing!

Work started this morning on pouring new concrete for the 40-plus bridges along the inter-dispersal loop downtown. This is the first time in 40-years at new concrete has been poured on the roadway.

The work is still expected to take several more months. Then the road will be closed in the opposite direction.
