Tulsa Police are investigating a Saturday morning homicide. A man was found shot to death in the River Glenn Apartments. The complex is located near 63rd and South Peoria.
The shooting took place about 3:30 Saturday morning. Authorities say a car with dealer-plates was seen leaving the scene at a high rate of speed.
