Man Killed on Roadway
Tulsa, OK –
A dark section of expressway may have contributed to a Tulsa death. It happened when a car stalled on the inner-dispersal loop downtown, late Sunday night.
The driver of the stalled car was pushing it in the darkness when he was struck by another vehicle. Police say it is doubtful the driver could see the stalled car until it was too late.
