The First-Degree murder trail of Jerry Newman is set to begin today in Tulsa County District Court.
He is accused of stealing an Oklahoma Natural Gas truck and crashing it head on into an oncoming car on Highway 75 in North Tulsa. That other driver was killed.
The wreck happened back in May of 2017.
