The Tulsa Development Authority hears plans to convert a long vacant downtown Otasco store into a multi tenant facility featuring restaurants.
The $2.5 million project will include major alley-way upgrades. The facility is across the street from Tulsa's city hall .
The TDA approved making the project part of a TIF district.
