The founder of the Ron’s Hamburgers chain has died. The Tulsa based burger joint made the announcement in a Facebook post this morning.
FACEBOOK: It is with a heavy heart that I tell you, Ron Baber passed from this life to the next at 3:20am October 16 2018. He lived a good life and was a blessed man. I want to Thank all of you for being a part of our lives.
Baber was in his 80s. His first hamburger stand was near 15thand Harvard. It opened in 1975. Since then, the chain has expanded to 20 restaurants across Oklahoma.
