Second Police Chopper to Fly

Tulsa, OK – Mayor Bartlett announces a second police helicopter will be in the air, by the end of this week.

The Mayor and acting Police Chief Chuck Jordan made the announcement in a city hall news conference this morning. The Mayor says the second chopper will fly only when the first chopper in on the ground. He says that rule will be lifted if there is an emergency situation, such as a disaster, Amber Alert or other major crime incident.
