Billionaire energy magnate T. Boone Pickens predicts the controversial Keystone X-L pipeline will eventually become reality.
In Tulsa to speak with business leaders, Pickens believes the pipeline, stretching from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico, and passing through Oklahoma, is a given. The prediction comes despite the Obama Administration saying no to the project. He says it would be foolish not to go ahead with the pipeline.
Pickens was in town to speak to the Rotary Club of Tulsa.
