Tulsa Man Charged with Human Trafficking

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Police in Tulsa say a man is charged with human trafficking for attempting to place a 15-year-old girl as a prostitute.

Authorities said Saturday that 23-year-old Tarran Brinson is charged with one count of human trafficking and one count of unlawful possession of a controlled drug,

The Tulsa World reports Brinson was booked December 7th after the girl met with an undercover officer during a prostitution sting at a motel.

Brinson remained in the Tulsa County Jail on Saturday. The jail's website didn't indicate whether a bond had been set.

It was unclear if Brinson has an attorney.
