Tulsa's New Hangar

Tulsa, OK – The City of Tulsa has a brand new hangar at the Tulsa International Airport. The hangar will be leased to American Airlines and used by the AA maintenance department.

The hangar is 81,000 square feet and large enough for the airline to park some of its largest jets for repair work. American is the only U.S. airline performing its own heavy maintenance and its largest base is in Tulsa.

It will mean the 100-jobs will remain in Tulsa.
