Victory Suspect Enters Guilty Plea

A December 12th sentencing date is set for 20-year-old Chris Denman. The former janitor at the Victory Christian Center entered a guilty plea to First Degree Rape and using a computer to arrange sex. He could face up to 70-years in prison. His plea was made without an agreement on sentencing with the District Attorney’s office.

Denman was accused of having sex with an under aged girl at the church.

Charges have been filed against another former worker on a similar matter and five staff members have been charged with knowing about the case and not reporting it in a timely manner.
