   IN ARKANSAS...CRAWFORD AND FRANKLIN.

 HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * TEMPERATURES WILL FALL TO NEAR OR JUST BELOW FREEZING IN ALL
   LOW LYING AREAS TONIGHT.
