FROM THE TULSA POLICE DEPARTMENT: On May 23, 2013 at 2:15 a.m.,  Josh’s Sno Cone Shack, located at 11214 E. 71st Street was burglarized. The suspects used a pry tool to break into the business and remove cash from the register. Both suspects, who were on  bicycles, were chased by a  witness.

One of the suspects got off his  bike and jumped the fence at the apartments, located at 7300 S. Garnett Road.  There have been previous burglaries at Josh’s Sno Cone Shack and it’s possible these suspects are responsible for  those burglaries.  See the below photos of the suspects and the bicycle that was left behind

Suspects: Two white males, mid to late teens.
