Sheriff Stanley Glanz says he’s fed up with the city of Tulsa’s refusal to pay inmate costs he believes they owe.

County leaders deferred action today on a resolution implementing jail cost recovery rates for Tulsa municipal inmates at the request of the Sheriff. Glanz says it includes too many waivers and exceptions. He also says he will NOT support another extension of the current jail contract with the city of Tulsa. Negotiations have been on-going for several months now.
