OKAY, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Muskogee man was killed when he was thrown from the bed of a pickup truck as it rolled during an accident.

The OHP says 32-year-old Kenneth Foster died in the accident just before 7:30 p.m. Friday.

A police report says Foster was riding in the bed of the truck near Okay in Wagoner County when the truck rolled while making a turn. Foster was thrown from the bed, then pinned beneath the truck bed.

Two passengers in the truck were hospitalized in stable condition and the driver was treated and released.

The report says the weather was clear and the road was dry at the time of the crash.
