Judge Orders State Mental Exam in Parade Crash

A woman charged in an Oklahoma State University homecoming parade crash that killed four people will undergo a mental exam by an expert chosen by the state. Her own expert also must provide his report to prosecutors. A Payne County judge on Wednesday approved the requests after prosecutors asked that 26-year-old Adacia Chambers undergo a state mental exam because her defense has indicated it plans to raise the question of mental illness or insanity
