A pilot is hospitalized after crashing his ultra-light air craft between Bixby and Coweta on Sunday evening. The crash took place about dusk.
The pilot was trapped in the wreckage. However, emergency respoders say he was alert enough to call 911 for help.
Multiple agencies responded to the scene, just over the county line into Wagoner County. The NTSB and the FAA will conduct an investigation. Initially, it appears the aircraft ran out of gas.
