An Oklahoma City teacher will testify against the Supreme Court confirmation of Brett Kavenaugh today in Washington.

Melissa Smith is a teacher at Oklahoma City Grant. She’ll talk about Kavenaugh’s past rulings on collective bargaining.

Senators finished their questions to the nominee yesterday. Today, they will hear from witnesses, both pro-and-con, on the nomination to the high court.
