Tuesday's top stories:

• The White House on Thursday announced $100 million in funding for rural health centers to help disseminate accurate information about the COVID-19 vaccines and convince more Americans to get the shots.

• Under a new state law forbidding school districts from mandating masks to slow the spread of COVID-19, the state education department says individual teachers will also not be allowed to require masks in their own classrooms.

• Tulsa's higher education institutions are forming a consortium with the goal of boosting graduation rates and making connections with employers.
