Tulsa, Oklahoma – On this edition of our program, we present a conversation about writing, and re-writing, and reading, and revising --- and, while we're at it, also about President Obama --- with the award-winning playwright and screenwriter Tony Kushner, whose many works include the landmark "Angels in America: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes." Kushner will appear in Tulsa on Sunday night (the 18th) at this year's "Talking Heads" lecture/dinner event at Congregation B'nai Emunah. (Complete information can be found on-line at tulsagogue.com --- or by calling 918-583-7121. Congregation B'nai Emunah is located near 17th and Peoria.) Kushner will be interviewed at this special event by Tim Blake Nelson, a noted actor and director who's originally from Tulsa.
