A Conversation with OU-Tulsa's Veteran Pediatrician Dr. Robert Block

Tulsa, OK – Today on ST, a detailed consideration of pediatrics in America today. Our guest is Dr. Robert W. Block, a longtime professor of pediatrics and the immediate-past Daniel C. Plunket Chair of the Department of Pediatrics at OU-Tulsa's School of Community Medicine. Dr. Block is also the president elect of the American Academy of Pediatrics. On Tuesday of next week, the 4th, in the Allen Chapman Activity Center on the TU campus, he'll deliver a lecture on "The Joys and Challenges of Gifted Children." This lecture is part of the 27th Annual Parent and Teacher Institute, which is presented each year by the University School (an age-three-through-8th-grade learning facility at the University of Tulsa).
