Eeek! The 2020 Hidden Sixties Halloween Special! Saturday at 6pm on KWGS....

If it's Halloween, it must be time once again for THE HIDDEN SIXTIES HALLOWEEN SPECIAL, featuring a full hour of creepy yet catchy tunes that you may not have heard since the 1960s...if you've heard 'em at all. For this seventh-annual HIDDEN SIXTIES HALLOWEEN broadcast, co-hosts John (SWING ON THIS) Wooley and Scott (ALL THIS JAZZ) Gregory will take to the airwaves at 6pm on Halloween (Saturday the 31st). At which point...beware, dear listeners...they'll offer an all-out monstrous musical melange, with Halloween-themed music by everyone from The Kinks and The Ventures to The Five Blobs and Dr. West's Medicine Show and Junk Band. They've even got one from Bobby Goldsboro (and it's not "Honey")!

Scott Gregory
Scott Gregory started working at Public Radio Tulsa in 2006; he started listening to public radio circa 1980, when he and NPR both marked their tenth birthdays (although only one of them commemorated the occasion with a party at Skate World). Scott became this radio station's Operations Director in the summer of 2023; he also hosts and programs All This Jazz, which airs every Saturday night on Public Radio 89.5-1 from 9pm till midnight.
