A man is dead after being shot in the head at the Normandy Apartments in Tulsa. Tulsa Police say the shooting took place about 7 p.m. Saturday.
The man was sitting in a car talking with a woman. That is when another car pulled up and occupants started firing. Police say seven shots were fired into the car.
The man was rushed to the hospital but later died from his injuries. The woman was not injured.
