Tulsa Fire Fighters believe transients may have started a morning rush hour blaze, at an abandon motel.
The fire caused thick smoke to roll over Interstate 44 near 21st Street in east Tulsa.
Fire fighters battled the blaze from the outside, fearing the structure was not safe to enter.
