Lake Levels at Keystone Slowly Dropping

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

Lake levels have started dropping at the Keystone Lake, west of Tulsa. The output from the dam into the Arkansas River in Tulsa has dropped to 99,000 cubic feet per second.

At that rate, the Arkansas River through Tulsa, should stay mostly within its banks.

More rain and storms are in the forecast for the weekend into early next week. That could aggravate flooding conditions.
