File photo

The Oklahoma State Health Department says it is investigating, but cannot confirm, a case of the measles in Oklahoma. With that said, a clinic associated with St. Francis has reported a suspected case. It will be up to the state to make confirmation.

Measles starts off with a fever and cold like systems and then a red rash will develop. Measles is highly contagious if you have not been vaccinated.

Cases have been confirmed in a number of states, including Texas, Missouri and Colorado.
