There are more problems for the embattled Langston Hughes Academy in Turley.

A bus driver for the school, on 66th Street North,  is accused of having sex with a 19-year-old year-old student. While that is above the age of consent, the girl does have special needs. The driver has been suspended while an investigation is underway.

The school was in the news earlier this year after allegations that the administration changed student grades to improve school results.
