On the Next All This Jazz: Plenty o' Foolish Tunes for April 1st

Listen for the forthcoming edition of All This Jazz, starting at 9pm on Saturday the 1stright here on KWGS-FM. We'll dig jazz takes on such timeless tomfoolery as "Fools Rush In" and "These Foolish Things" and "My Foolish Heart," to name but a few, as our Third-Hour Theme (running from 11pm till midnight) will take its cue from April Fools' Day.

Every Saturday night, both online and over the air, ATJ delivers three hours of recent and classic jazz -- across a range of styles -- from 9 o'clock till midnight. And elsewhere in our next program, we'll hear from Miles Davis, Edward Simon, John Scofield, Eliane Elias, and many more.

From Stan Kenton to Stan Getz, Gerry Mulligan to Geri Allen, Woody Herman to Woody Shaw, and John Abercrombie to John ZornAll This Jazz is delighted by modern (and post-modern!) jazz in its many forms, and we always love sharing the same with our listeners.

(Also, note that ATJ playlist information can usually be found here, although you'll have to scroll down a bit...and we also maintain a Facebook page for our show. Thank you.)

Scott Gregory started working at Public Radio Tulsa in 2006; he started listening to public radio circa 1980, when he and NPR both marked their tenth birthdays (although only one of them commemorated the occasion with a party at Skate World). Scott became this radio station's Operations Director in the summer of 2023; he also hosts and programs All This Jazz, which airs every Saturday night on Public Radio 89.5-1 from 9pm till midnight.
