SBA Flood Loans Hit $35-Million

County Commissioner Karen Keith

We know last spring’s massive flooding was very expensive, but we are now getting a better idea noe of just  how expensive.

The Small Business Administration says it made over $35-million in loans to property owners directly related to the floods.

The figure is for flood damage between May 7th and June 9th. It includes amounts for both home owners as well as business operators.
