Thus we'll hear jazz takes on familiar compositions like “Spring Is Here” and “You Must Believe in Spring” (shown here) and “Joy Spring” -- as well as a few Spring-rooted sonic surprises. Elsewhere in our program, listen for the music of (among others) Dave Douglas, Coleman Hawkins, Peggy Lee, Chick Corea, and Julian Lage.
