Tulsa, OK – Case dropped against district judge

TULSA, Okla. (AP) Prosecutors have dropped an indecent exposure case against Tulsa County District Judge Jesse Harris.

A trial for Harris was to begin this week, with jury selection on Monday.

Harris was accused of exposing himself to two women in a hotel parking lot. He repeatedly denied the allegations.

Washington County District Attorney Rick Esser, who was appointed to handle the case by the attorney general's office, said the victims decided to resolve the case instead of going forward with a trial.

Esser said the settlement was confidential, and that Harris will remain a judge.
