Tulsa, Oklahoma – On today's show, we speak with Geoffrey Ferrell and Mary Madden, two urban planning experts with the firm of Ferrell Madden Lewis, LLC. This firm has been recently commissioned by INCOG to examine Tulsa's Pearl District vis a vis form-based zoning codes. So what does this sort of zoning entail? And how does such zoning relate to other key concepts of cityscape design, neighborhood improvement, and urban planning? And where exactly is the Pearl District, anyway? On this edition of our program, an interesting interview that will appeal to anyone who cares about Tulsa's past, present, or future as "a great place to live."
