Vote Tomorrow on Tulsa Budget

KWGS News

A new Tulsa city budget must be in place in less than 10-days. The city council is expected to vote tomorrow night on Mayor Bartlett’s $703-million plan.

The mayor has added several hundred-thousand dollars to the budget to step-up code enforcement in neighborhoods. The infusion of cash should help clean-up the city’s blighted neighborhoods. The plan also calls for additional dollars to be spent on graffiti removal.

The Council meeting will be at 6PM tomorrow night.
