Blatt is a widely respected public-policy expert whose work involves doing research, writing papers, and giving presentations on state budget and tax policy, poverty, asset development, and other subjects. He's also a member and regional co-chair of the Scholars Strategy Network, and he previously served, before his tenure at OK Policy, as Director of Public Policy for the Community Action Project of Tulsa County. He's also worked as a budget analyst for the Oklahoma State Senate.
