STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) — Cade Cunningham used to see superstars when he watched NBA players.

Now, he sees opponents. They soon will see him, too.

Cunningham announced Thursday that he will enter the NBA draft after a dynamic freshman season for Oklahoma State that saw him named a first-team AP All-American.

“I see them as more human now than I used to,” he said. “I’ve been looking at those guys since I was a sophomore in high school. Those are the guys I’ve got to try to outwork right now.”

It's well-known that Americans today -- in so many cases, if not in most cases -- inhabit completely different worlds when it comes to acquiring news and daily information. But do we also have completely different understandings of our country's history? On this edition of ST, we're discussing the official report of the "1776 Commission." This report was released by the Trump Administration on Monday of this week...and then removed from the White House website two days later by the newly-incumbent Biden Administration.

Health officials believe Oklahoma State University is closing in on approval for a saliva-based COVID-19 test.

It’s modeled on one developed by Rutgers University that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration already granted emergency use authorization to in April. The FDA expanded that authorization for the Rutgers test in May to include specimens collected at home.

Adrienne Rollins with the Oklahoma State Department of Health said OSU's saliva test is less invasive and faster than current tests.

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) — Oklahoma State athletics announced a new diversity council Wednesday amid the fallout from football coach Mike Gundy’s decision to wear a T-shirt promoting a far-right news network.

The school said Jason Kirksey, the university’s chief diversity officer, will chair the new program. The council will include students, athletes and alumni. It will be housed in the university’s Division of Institutional Diversity.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — One day after Oklahoma State running back Chuba Hubbard lashed out at coach Mike Gundy on social media for wearing a T-shirt promoting a far-right news channel, Gundy apologized.
