Tulsa, Oklahoma – On today's show, we speak with Kitty Roberts and Edward Durnal, both of American Theatre Company. Roberts is the company's executive director (and has been since it began, back in 1970, as the Living Arts Theatre), and Durnal is serving as the director of "Side Show," the hit musical that's also the opening production of ATC's 40th Anniversary Season. "Side Show" (which appeared on Broadway in the late 1990s and was thereafter nominated for four Tony Awards) will open at the Tulsa PAC on Friday the 23rd. (For tickets, or more information, call 596-7111.) We chat with Roberts and Durnal about "Side Show," and about the history and development of ATC over these last four decades. Also on today's edition of StudioTulsa, our commentator Connie Cronley has a solemn and insightful (and at times rather funny) "Prayer for Language."
