Tulsa, OK – Usually, the "dog days of summer" don't hit until late July or early August. But this year, they've come a little early to Oklahoma. On Wednesday, EMSA received a half-dozen calls from patients suffering from suspected heat-related illnesses - and one call from a person with an overheated canine.
