Tulsa, OK – TULSA, Okla. (AP) Funeral services are set for Tulsa Rev. Billy Joe Daugherty, a pastor who founded the Victory Christian Center and whose ministry reached across the world. Daugherty's funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at the Oral Roberts University Mabee Center.
