Oklahoma City, OK – OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) The speaker of the state House says state agencies are facing a possible 10 percent across the board budget cut. The legislature is expected to start the fiscal year that begins July 1 with $1.2 billion fewer dollars to spend than last year.
