Lubbock, TX – LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) Two deadly blasts in two days in Texas have involved workers who have accidentally hit natural gas lines. One explosion was yesterday in the Texas Panhandle while the first was Monday southwest of Dallas and involved Oklahoma-based C&H Power Line Construction Services.
