FOP Contract Approved

By KWGS News

Tulsa, OK – The Tulsa Fraternal Order of Police votes to approve a new contract with the City of Tulsa. The agreement will allow the department to hire back laid off police officers.

The officers were terminated last winter because of the city's budget shortage. Tulsa Acting Police Chief Chuck Jordan says the officers could be back to work by mid-July.
