Oklahoma City, OK – The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals reduces the "Life with No Parole" sentence of a Tulsa Day Care Operator.
Vicki Chiles received the conviction after a child in her care died in 2007. 30-month old Josh Minton of Sperry had his mouth duct taped and had his airways blocked.
The sentence was reduced to 30-years in prison.
