Tulsa, OK – TULSA, Okla. (AP) A 23-year-old Tulsa mother is being held on $250,000 bond. Janette Mickelboro is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her infant son. Police say Mickelboro admitted she tied a blanket around the boy's face to hold his pacifier in place then left him in a chair for several hours.
