Tulsa, OK – An overnight apartment fire in Tulsa was apparently the work of an arsonist. It happened at the Lakes Apartments near 81st and South Wheeling. Eyewitnesses tell fire investigators the blaze was started by someone at the foot of the stairs. Two people had to be rescued while the top two apartments were gutted by the 3a.m. flames.
