Tulsa, OK – The Oklahoma Department of Transportation opens Harvard Avenue 12-hours earlier than had been planned. The roadway was shut down over the weekend, so crews could dismantle the old I-44 bridge over Harvard. Traffic was moved over to the new bridge. The work was part of the overall I-44 widening project from Yale Avenue to Riverside Drive.
