Tulsa, OK – More than 50 flights were canceled Tuesday at Tulsa International Airport, and spokeswoman Alexis Higgins says they're hoping flights can resume by noon on Wednesday. She said crews began clearing the main runway late Tuesday but were dealing with fierce winds that kept blowing snow back onto cleared runways.
