Tulsa, OK – A police shooting at an apartment complex near 61st and Peoria has left a man dead. The shooting took place about 3:30, yesterday afternoon, at the Fairmont Terrance Apartments.
Police were trying to question Marvin Alexander when he started running. Police say he was shot as he was reaching to pull out a gun.
Alexander had been a long list of past convictions.
