Oklahoma City, OK – OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Oklahoma's utility regulator is set to meet today to take public comments about a proposed federal rule that would curb pollution in the oil and gas industry as part of an effort to reduce haze. State officials say the plan by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency could increase energy bills in Oklahoma by at least 15 percent.
